Onup component 40T on a 1X9 spd ;)

hi, just got Oneup component 40T and installed it on my 1X9 system! ;)

First of all i have HG-61 cassette that its 12-36T 9spd.
i replaced the 12T with the 11T from my old cassette so i get 11-36T.
now to use the 40T i had to disassemble the cassette.
the 11T and 14T are free, than i extract the three pin's and free all the gears and spacers and cleaned them up good.
after a good clean i took away the 18T. now i have 11-14-16-21-24-28-32-36, i stack them together and closed it all with the pin's like new ;) now i can use the 40T on a 9spd system.
BTW in the specific cassette i used(hg-61) i had to install the little spacer that came with the cog as the sram option instead of the shimano option! that's because the way the cassette build. so if anyone do it on another type of cassette, you'll need to check Which way to put the spacer.

---NEW THING---
instead of using the HG-61 cassette and mod it you can use sunrace m99 9sp cassette 11-36t cassette.
very good cassette as is.. and the rings are already separated,

And heres a short video of the gear shifting.
